If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a hassle-free collection or return process to ensure you find your perfect sleep solution.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  For smaller items, please repackage them in their original box; for mattresses, there is no need to roll them back up as our team handles the heavy lifting.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized courier service to pick up your mattress or drop off smaller parcels at your nearest designated point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
